Is Haikou wet or Yangjiang wet?

Haikou is located in Hainan Island, with a tropical monsoon climate, humid climate and high annual average relative humidity. The humid climate in Haikou is mainly influenced by the ocean, and the sea breeze brings a lot of water vapor, resulting in high air humidity. Yangjiang, located in Guangdong Province, has a subtropical monsoon climate with a humid climate, but its relative humidity is lower than that of Haikou. The humidity in Yangjiang is influenced by the ocean and mountains. The ocean has brought some humidity, but the blocking of mountains makes the relative humidity in Yangjiang relatively low. So Haikou is wetter than Yangjiang.
