Main shaft winch room II line accident power outage operation:
(1) Confirm that 10209 spindle II power supply is in the off position.
(2) Confirm that the I handcart of the spindle 10 109 line is in the closing position.
(3) close the spindle 10 109 line I.
(4) Restore the normal power supply of spindle I line.
(5) Check the fault cause of spindle II line, and put the power supply into hot standby after it is confirmed to be normal.
2. Measures to be taken when the two lines are all blacked out or the electric control cabinet fails.
