Guide to Beiling Mountain

Beiling Mountain, located in Mentougou District, Beijing, is also a good place for outdoor hiking in Beijing. Arriving at the destination Ta Si Er Village (an ancient pagoda stands tall and quaint on the north slope of the village), I was lucky. It's already sporadic rain. After the heavy wind and rain in the mountains, the temperature is extremely low, as if from summer to winter. I ordered lunch at the village head's house. I didn't expect the temperature difference in the mountains to be so great after the rain, so I borrowed some raincoats and thick coats from my hometown.

It's time to climb the mountain. The rain has stopped, and the raincoat is just for cold protection. The air is particularly fresh after the rain. Birds are out, too. Like birds and flowers on the way.

On the way, I met a cavalry team going up the mountain. I didn't know until I asked that there were donkey friends camped on the mountain. Horses are mainly used to equip tired camel friends. Of course, camel people can go up the mountain 150, and they can ask for 200 when they go down the mountain. For Malays, it is also "easier to go up the mountain than down it". For those of us who have been outdoors for a long time, it is completely unnecessary. Keep walking.

When we arrived at a mountain pass, we met a large group of climbers (another outdoor group). They were all "peers" and always greeted each other.

A * * *, there are only five people left, and others are estimated to have wandered to the foot of the mountain. They were in a good mood when they went out, waiting for the mountain.

Dongling Mountain is the highest mountain in western Beijing, while Beiling Mountain is the most beautiful mountain in western Beijing. In the early summer of Beiling Mountain, the vegetation is covered with jasper, especially after the rain, the green ocean shines. However, you can't experience the beauty of Beiling Mountain until you reach the top of the mountain, just below the mountainside. As long as you persist, you can reach the top of the mountain, blue sky, white clouds, meadows and peaks, which are really attractive scenery everywhere.

Beiling Mountain is also a famous leek mountain. There are leeks on the hillside, so I have no time to go. Although I really want to finish the climb smoothly, I'd better go home considering that my friends who are strolling down the hill are still waiting for us to eat.

Villagers sell wild leeks, one in each hand (10 yuan a bundle). This is also the first time that things at the top of the mountain are cheaper than those at the foot of the mountain. It costs 20 pounds for a package to arrive.
