Meteorologists pointed out that people think that the weather forecast is sometimes "inaccurate", and another important factor is that in the weather forecast of the United States, Japan and other countries, meteorological elements such as precipitation are probabilistic forecasts, such as "the probability of precipitation tomorrow is 70%".
