Hot weather and complementary food

Generally, the baby can add complementary food in about six months, because breast milk can't keep up with the nutrition the baby needs. The added complementary food can be refrigerated in hot weather, but not for long. It should be eaten as soon as possible to prevent deterioration. When the refrigerated complementary food is eaten again, it should be handled before giving it to the baby.
