This may be urticaria. Urticaria, commonly known as "rash", "wind mass" and "addiction rash" in traditional Chinese medicine, is a common allergic skin disease.

Urticaria can be caused by a variety of reasons, mainly including: insect bites, cold, heat, wind, sunlight and other physical stimuli, pollen, hemp and other plant stimuli, eating fish, shrimp, crab and other "hair", injecting serum, penicillin and other drugs, focus infection or intestinal parasite infection and other toxic substances. Gastrointestinal dysfunction, endocrine dysfunction, metabolic disorder and neuropsychiatric trauma can also cause urticaria.

The clinical feature of urticaria is the appearance of bright red, reddish or porcelain white air masses of different sizes on the skin. This kind of wind mass often appears suddenly, and quickly fades after a few hours, leaving no trace after fading.
