1. Adhere to the principles of fairness, openness and fairness in enrollment.

3. For children who buy houses within the enrollment scope of our school but have not applied for household registration (that is, they have houses but no households), the household registration (real estate license and purchase agreement) is taken as evidence; Children of migrant workers, migrant workers and business people (that is, without housing or households) can choose to attend Beiyangzhuang Primary School, Xiaoliuxiao Primary School, Zhang Ying Primary School, Shengtun Primary School, Liu Xi Primary School and Gaolou Primary School with temporary residence permit, work certificate and business license, and all secondary schools can attend the Fifth Middle School (boarding system).

4. School-age of first-grade primary school students: According to the Compulsory Education Law, the school-age must be at least 6 years old (born before 3 1 August 2008, inclusive), and the "National electronic student status Information Management System for Primary and Secondary School Students" whose age does not meet the requirements will be cleared automatically and will not be registered, so students under 6 years old will not be admitted.

5. First-year students should bring their household registration book, real estate license or purchase contract (the real estate license or purchase contract must belong to the parents of the students; If you buy a second-hand house through an intermediary, it must be that the property has been transferred to your own name and you need to provide the transfer certificate of the Housing Authority, purchase invoices and other materials), the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate and birth certificate (① the household registration book needs to copy the home page, children's page and parents' page; (2) The real estate license needs to copy the number page of the real estate license, the home page of the house and the home page of the house location, unit, floor and house number. Incomplete or unclear copies of the above documents will not be reviewed.

6. All transfer students in grades 2-9 who have houses and households (real estate and Yanjiao Development Zone accounts) within the enrollment scope of our school have to wait until September 5, 2004 due to the work arrangements of the school and the Education Bureau. And transfer can only be carried out in the same grade, and the original school can't transfer without electronic student status.

7. The school will check the information and documents provided by the applicant to the relevant departments one by one. Once cheating is found, all will be retired, and the relevant responsibilities and losses will be borne by themselves. The school will not be responsible. At the same time, the Education Bureau will also verify the qualifications of students studying in our school (within the scope of enrollment, there are houses and households) one by one. Those who do not meet the requirements shall not go through the formalities of electronic student status without the approval of the Education Bureau, and all the adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the parents themselves.

8. All registered students should go to our school for admission according to the following stipulated time. If it is not handled within the time limit, it will be deemed as a waiver.

Second, the enrollment target

Within the enrollment scope of our school, there are real estate, Yanjiao development zone hukou, and school-age students from grade one to grade nine.

Third, the time and method of registration

1. First grade of primary school

Parents of students who want to study in the first grade in our school should bring the original and photocopy of the four certificates to our school at 8:00 am on August 17 (the photocopies are bound in the order of birth certificate-household registration book-real estate license or purchase contract-marriage certificate).

2. Transfer students from grade two to grade nine

All foreign students in grades two to nine who want to transfer to our school need to bring the original and photocopy of ① four certificates (photocopies are bound in the order of birth certificate-household registration book-real estate license or purchase contract-marriage certificate) ② parents' work certificate. Go to our school for admission and related matters at 8:00 am on September 5.

The sixth grade students in our school are about to enter the seventh grade.

Parents of students are requested to go to our school for admission on August 6 15: 00 ~ 17: 00. Those who fail to do it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their qualification to study in our school.

4. 1 ~ 5, 7, and 8 students will be promoted directly to the first grade of senior high school, and will not be re-enrolled.

Tips:

Recently, some external training institutions and individuals claim that they have established certain relationships with our school and can handle the admission procedures for them. In view of this, we declare the following:

1. The school has not established an agency enrollment relationship with any institution or individual. This kind of publicity is purely personal and has nothing to do with sanhe city Huifu Experimental School. Please don't believe the rumors, and beware of being fooled.

2. The school does not accept any form of donations or subsidies from individuals, companies and institutions related to further studies or enrollment, and the enrollment procedures and formalities will be strictly implemented in accordance with the 20 14 enrollment plan of sanhe city Education Bureau and the management regulations of electronic student status.

3. In order to ensure that all school-age children in the jurisdiction can go to school, this year our school will check the real estate license, household registration book, marriage certificate, birth certificate and other information of freshmen one by one to the relevant verification institutions. Once the forged documents are verified, on the one hand, the documents will be seized by the verification agency, and the right to further investigate their legal responsibilities will be reserved. All the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by parents themselves and have nothing to do with the school; On the other hand, after students enter the school, the school and the Education Bureau have to verify it two or three times. If counterfeiters are found, they will not be registered and students will be expelled at any time.

When registering, the school will try its best to meet the admission requirements of students in the domain, and parents don't have to queue up in advance.
