Dust weather refers to a weather phenomenon in which strong winds roll up a lot of dust from the ground, which makes the air turbid and the horizontal visibility drops obviously.

Generally speaking, sandstorm refers to a storm that carries a lot of dust, mostly in desert or semi-arid areas. However, there are strict indicators for sandstorms in the scientific sense. In meteorology, visibility is generally used to distinguish sandstorms from sandstorms: sandstorms with visibility less than 1 km, and sandstorms or sandstorms with visibility greater than 1 km.
