The latest restrictions in Dingzhou city.

In order to actively and effectively cope with the heavily polluted weather and ensure people's travel, Dingzhou City has implemented the motor vehicle single and double number restriction since February 23, 2023 10.

Time limit: 7: 00-20: 00 every day from February 23rd, 2023 (including legal holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). Note: February 23, 2023 12 mainly focuses on persuasion.

Restricted area: the area within the built-up area, that is, the west side of East Ring Road of New 107 National Highway (the west side of Dingzhou Hotel); North of New National Road 107 South Ring Road; South of the intersection of New 107 National Road and Qingfeng North Street; Urban roads east of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway (excluding the above roads).

Restriction measures: Vehicles (including foreign number plates and temporary number plates) are allowed to drive in single number, single number, even number and double day, and the last digit shall prevail if the tail number is English letters. Motor vehicle number plates with odd tail numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) travel in a single day; Motor vehicle number plates with even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8, 0) driving on two days.

These restrictions do not include the following vehicles:

1, military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, buses, inter-provincial passenger vehicles, long-distance passenger vehicles leading to passenger transport centers, taxis (excluding rental vehicles), special postal vehicles, tourist buses, commuter buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department.

2. Urban management, industry and commerce, traffic law enforcement, environmental monitoring, on-site investigation of insurance companies, bank cash transport, civil rescue and other law enforcement vehicles and professional operation vehicles that need to perform official duties through the car body.

3. Special operation vehicles for sanitation, gardens and road maintenance.

4. Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled (disabled drivers) with legal licenses.
