When testing, enter the testing point with "Sunflower Code + Yuekang Code + Itinerary Card". The elderly and children can apply for it on their behalf by their family members.

When taking samples, please take the initiative to show the Guangdong Health Code and itinerary card, wear a mask throughout the process, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others, do not talk or gather, take personal protection, and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. Anyone who intentionally disrupts or refuses to cooperate with inspections will be dealt with according to law.

Notes

1. Nucleic acid testing can only be conducted 48 hours after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

2. People who have been infected with the new coronavirus or have entered the country from abroad do not need to participate in rotating nucleic acid testing. If you really need to test, you can go to a convenience point to take samples the next day, and proactively inform the staff of the relevant situation, and use a single tube to collect samples.

3. People with yellow and red codes, as well as people with a history of living in relevant risk areas and key areas of concern, are not allowed to enter the fixed sampling points for this nucleic acid test. Please take the initiative to report to the village.

4.
