It was officially opened to traffic at 7 am on April 20, 2022. Yong Lian Highway is the only highway connecting Ningyuan and Yongzhou on the S230 line. Yong Lian Expressway Double Brand Section Bypass Scheme

1, Guangdong, Ningyuan northbound via Chalin Town, Shuangpai County. All vehicles must get on the Erguang Expressway at the intersection of Qingshui Bridge in ningyuan county and Yangmingshan in Shuangpai Chalin Town, bypassing the construction section.

2. Vehicles from Hengyang, Shaoyang and Yongzhou going south to Guangdong via Chalin Town, Shuangpai County must go to Yongzhou Dongerguang Expressway and bypass the construction section.
