(2) Construction process control: During the project construction, supervision and inspection shall be conducted in strict accordance with the detailed safety supervision rules formulated by specific projects. Pay attention to the weather forecast and get early warning information in time. Enhance the safety responsibility consciousness of managers at all levels and strengthen the training of safety professional knowledge.

(1) Check whether the construction unit earnestly implements the responsibility system for production safety at all levels, establishes and improves various management systems, prepares various emergency plans, and organizes emergency teams for severe weather (specific responsibilities are required to be implemented to people).

(2) After receiving the bad weather forecast, whether the construction unit organizes personnel to conduct investigation and stop the construction of dangerous operations such as high altitude.

1.4 Specific inspection items before various bad weather.

(1) Check the internal and external scaffolding, formwork support, unloading platform, and set up the net safely. In particular, strengthen the inspection of scaffolding foundation, frame structure, pull nodes and bracing to ensure the stability and safety of scaffolding.

(2) Immediately investigate the working conditions at heights, focusing on the use of the "Three Treasures" on the construction site, the protection of adjacent entrances and exits, and the cleaning of scattered templates, fasteners and sundries on the external scaffolding flat bridge and the floor construction layer. If there is a problem, rectify it immediately. In case of heavy rain and gale of magnitude 6 or above, it is forbidden to climb and hang in the open air to ensure the safety of personnel.

(3) Whether fences, scaffolding, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind have been reinforced.

(4) Immediately inspect all large-scale mechanical equipment such as tower cranes, elevators for external use, and tic-tac-toe frames, focusing on the key facilities related to structural stability such as the foundation, attached walls, pull nodes and cable wind ropes of large-scale mechanical equipment. Take timely reinforcement measures for existing problems; When the wind force is 4, stop the disassembly and assembly of large equipment; When the wind force is above level 6 or there is heavy rain, large vertical transportation equipment will stop working to ensure the safety of large mechanical equipment.

(5) Immediately investigate the temporary facilities such as temporary work sheds, material warehouses and fences on the construction site, and do a good job in repairing and strengthening those with potential safety hazards to prevent collapse accidents;

(1) According to the construction plan and the general drainage plan, check whether the drainage ditch is dug according to the specified slope and whether the drainage is smooth.

(2) Check the material warehouse to ensure that the surrounding drainage is good, the wall foundation is firm and there is no leakage. Materials shall be stored with corresponding rainproof measures to ensure the quality and safety of materials.

(3) Organize the heads of all departments to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all electrical equipment on the site, and immediately start rectification when problems are found. All electrical equipment should be equipped with safety protection devices and rainproof measures, and core components such as motors can be removed when necessary. Exposed wire ends are not allowed. If the overhead cable can be laid, it should be fixed on the ground. If you can't put it down, you should take reinforcement measures.

(4) Whether the residential area of construction workers is safe (whether there are hidden dangers of collapse, water accumulation and wind blowing), whether there is a clear evacuation plan in the typhoon prevention plan, and plan the evacuation location, team leader, food supply, on-site personnel and other measures in advance, so that once there is an evacuation demand, it can enter the evacuation procedure in an orderly manner.

(5) Check whether there is water blocking or water accumulation on the construction site, and take timely measures to deal with it; For temporary facilities located under complex geological conditions or likely to cause geological disasters, report to the land and water conservancy departments in a timely manner and implement preventive measures; Personnel should be evacuated from the construction site where safety problems may occur in time to prevent geological disasters.

(6) Whether the steel pipe scaffold, tower crane and construction elevator are equipped with lightning protection devices, whether the cables and wires are properly buried and shall not be damaged by aging. Safe voltage will be placed in the dormitory, and professional electricians will be arranged for on-site inspection. If necessary, the power will be cut off immediately.
