Notice of Mishan Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Collection Scope of Urban Land Use Tax in Mishan City Relevant Bureau of the Municipal Government: According to the Implementation Measures of Urban Land Use Tax in Heilongjiang Province (Heicaishui [2007] 16) issued by the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Finance and the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Land and Resources, the Notice on Adjusting the Land Grade Scope and Graded Tax Standards of Urban Land Use Tax (Heicaishui Lian [2065438 Mishan) The annual tax grade standards are: first class 12.00 yuan/m2, second class 10.00 yuan/m2, third class 8.00 yuan/m2, fourth class 6.00 yuan/m2 and fifth class 4.00 yuan/m2. Our city's economy is developing well, municipal construction is improving day by day, commerce and trade are prosperous, and the market is prosperous. In order to fair the tax burden, increase the local fiscal revenue, and promote the sound and rapid development of the local economy, according to the requirements of the Notice of Mishan Municipal People's Government on Announcing and Implementing the Update Results of Mishan Urban Benchmark Land Price (M [2009] No.26), after careful investigation and careful evaluation with relevant departments, the municipal government decided to adjust the land classification of urban land use tax in our city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Collection scope According to the requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Local Taxation Bureau on Further Defining the Collection Scope of Urban Land Use Tax in Our Province (Heicaishui [20 10] 10), Mishan Town, Xingkai Town, Peide Town, Lianzhushan Town, Heitai Town and Zhiyi Town in our city. 2. The specific taxation areas and lots of grade I to V land in Mishan City are divided into grade I lots: Mishan Town: east of Gu Yong Road, west of Tongxin Road, south of railway line (on both sides of iron-containing route), Gu Yong Road and Zhong Chao North Road along Xuefu Road, east of Muling Street, north of the intersection of Posts and Telecommunications Road and Tongxin Road, and the land for street shops and enterprises are all grade I lots. Second-class location: Mishan Town: starting from the railway line on the north side of the railway primary school, along the railway line to the oil plant in the east, then going south along the fruit winery and cement fittings factory to Lianhuapao, going south along the ditch to the coal mine motorcade, going west along the cotton threshing factory, Guangming Street, experimental middle school and fire brigade to Changqing 4th Road, going north along Changqing 4th Road to Xiangyang Road and the railway branch line to the University of Agricultural Reclamation Workers, and going east along the machinery factory, oil depot and martyrs' tomb to Tongxin Road to the railway frame area. Third-class location: Mishan Town (including Heping Township): from the east wall of the grain depot to the southern salt company, then to the agricultural machinery company, bus factory, detention center, irrigation canal and Heping Township Government to the Agricultural Bank of Heping Township in the east, to the southern Heping Comprehensive Factory to No.4 Road in the eastern suburbs, and then to the Lotus Bubble in the west through the ceramic factory. South to the west railway line (on both sides of the iron-containing route), north to Fanghu Highway (including roadside outlets), east to the west railway entrance of the west campus of Agricultural Reclamation Vocational University, and west to the junction of Lianzhushan Town and Mishan Town. The land in the frame area belongs to three types except the first and second types. Grade IV lot: Mishan Town (including Heping Township): The land in the built-up area and the land under construction are all Grade IV lots except Grade I, II and III lots. Lianzhushan Town: from the junction with Mishan Town in the east, to the junction with the original Lianzhushan Town in the west, to the south fence of the original spinning mill in the south, and to the Shishan frame area in the north. Heitai Town: It starts from Fuxing Village in the east, reaches Heitai Village in the west, reaches the railway line (both sides of the iron-containing route) in the south and reaches Fanghu Road (including the north gate) in the north. Peide Town: It starts from the East Bridge of the former Health School in the east, reaches the west fence of Peide Middle School in the west, reaches the railway line (both sides of the iron-containing route) in the south and reaches the frame area at the foot of Peide Peak in the north. Xingkai Town: It starts from the original east toll station in the east, reaches the drainage ditch of Xingkai Village in the west, reaches the railway line (both sides of the iron-containing route) in the south, and reaches the frame area of the north wall of Xingkai Town National Grain Depot in the north. Zhiyi Town: starts from the junction of Zhiyi and Xianghua South Bridge in the east, ends at Ying 'en East Bridge in the west, ends at the south flood dike, and ends at the north flood dike frame area in the north. Dangbi Town: It starts from the east wall of Dong's family in the east, reaches the west wall of Qiu Fujun's family in the west, reaches the south wall of Li Daquan's family in the south, and reaches the wall frame area of the north campus of Sanshutong Middle School in the north. Five-level lots: except for the first, second, third and fourth-level lots, the town land use tax is levied according to the five-level lots. 3. The scope, grade and annual collection standard of the above urban land use tax are from 20 1 1 10, and Mishan Local Taxation Bureau is responsible for the collection and management.
