Jingning County, Gansu Province belongs to Pingliang City, which is located in the middle of Gansu Province, west of Liupanshan and east of huajialing. It borders Longde and Xiji counties in Ningxia in the east and north, Tongwei and Qin 'an counties in the west and south, Huining county in the northwest and Zhuanglang county in the southeast.
