Weather forecast for July in Chongqing

Chongqing Meteorological Monthly Report in July 20 1 1

I. General situation of weather and climate

In July of 20 1 1 year, the average monthly temperature in the whole city was normally high and fluctuated greatly. The monthly precipitation is obviously less; The sunshine hours in most months are basically normal. On June 7th 1 1 ~ 14, 17, there was a precipitation weather process from day to night around 2 1 ~ 24 and 26, and the rainfall distribution was uneven. The rest of this month is mainly sunny or cloudy.

1, monthly average temperature: most of them are on the high side and fluctuate greatly.

The average monthly temperature in Chengkou, Shizhu and Youyang in the whole city is 23.7~25.8℃, while in other areas it is 26.4 ~ 29. 1℃, which is 0.6℃ higher than normal in Yunyang and Shizhu, and 0.6 ~ 1.3℃ higher in Shapingba, Fengdu and Jiangjin. The temperature fluctuates greatly during the month, and it is sunny, hot and high all over the country. In early days, the average temperature in Chengkou, Banan, Wushan and the southeast was higher than 1.0 ~ 2.0℃, in other areas it was higher than 2.0 ~ 4.2℃, and in Yubei, Changshou and Shapingba it was higher than 4. 1 ~ 4.2℃. In the first and second half of the mid-term, the temperature in various places is generally low, and there is no obvious high temperature weather. In the middle period, the average temperature in most areas is low 1 ~ 3℃, while that in Zhongxian and Shizhu is above 3℃. During the month, 34 stations in the city experienced high temperatures above 35℃, among which the daily maximum temperature in 24 districts and counties reached or exceeded 38℃, and the daily maximum temperature in 5 districts and counties exceeded 40℃. The monthly extreme minimum temperature is 14.2℃ (Chengkou, No.8) and the monthly extreme maximum temperature is 40.8℃ (Wansheng, No.5). Taking Shapingba as an example, the ten-day average temperature changes: 3 1.4℃ in the first ten days, 4.2℃ higher; 26.3℃ in the middle, low1.7℃; At the later stage, it was 29.7℃, 0.5℃ higher.

2. Monthly precipitation: obviously less.

Monthly precipitation in various places: 2 1 ~ 223mm, of which Bishan, Pengshui and most parts of Northeast China are above 100mm, and the rest are less than100 mm. Compared with the same period of previous years, most parts of Northeast China are basically normal, most parts of other areas are obviously less, and most parts of central and western China are less than 60% to 80% (see attached figure for details). On June 7th 1 1 ~ 14, 17, there was a precipitation weather process from day to night around 2 1 ~ 24 and 26, and the rainfall distribution was uneven. The monthly precipitation days are mostly 6 ~ 18 days. Precipitation is distributed in ten days: 20% in the first ten days, 30% in the middle and 50% in the last ten days.

3. Monthly sunshine hours: most of them are basically normal

Monthly sunshine hours in all parts of the city: 130 ~ 239 hours. Compared with the same period of the year, most areas are basically normal. Sunshine hours are distributed every ten days: 40% in the early stage, 20% in the middle stage and 40% in the late stage.

The second is the influence of weather and climate on crops.

By the end of this month, corn in most areas of our city is in the stage of milk ripening to maturity, middle rice is in the stage of heading and flowering to filling, and sweet potato is in the stage of potato tuber formation. The overall advantages of agricultural weather conditions this month outweigh the disadvantages, but the local disasters are serious. This month, sunny and rainy weather alternated in most areas of our city, with sufficient sunshine and suitable soil moisture, which is conducive to the silking and lactation of corn, heading of mid-season rice and flowering of poplars, and to the growth of local vegetables, flue-cured tobacco, fruits and other crops in summer. During the month, the precipitation in the northeast and northwest regions is relatively large, which is beneficial to increase the water storage of the project, alleviate the drought and improve the soil moisture. However, the unusually high temperature in the first half of junior high school in western China has a certain adverse effect on the milk ripening of corn poplars. Due to the continuous lack of precipitation, the soil water content in other areas continued to decline, and the drought gradually developed, which had some adverse effects on the growth and development of crops in the soil: the corn seeds with late growth period were not full, and the bald tips were slightly longer than normal. Rice in central and northeast China is in the heading and flowering stage. High temperature and lack of rainfall lead to the decline of pollen vitality, which leads to poor pollination and affects the formation of seed setting rate and yield. At the same time, it also caused a serious shortage of water storage in farmland water conservancy facilities. According to statistics, the water storage capacity of the project in our city is only 60% of the water storage capacity, especially in the southern region. In some areas, rivers are cut off or the water level of ponds and reservoirs reaches dead water level. Due to the lack of irrigation water, some vegetable fields with poor water retention, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, beans, pumpkins, eggplant and so on. , early harvest, flue-cured tobacco leaves wilting, leading to obvious yield reduction or quality decline.

3. Weather trends and suggestions in August 20 1 1

It is estimated that the average temperature in all parts of Chongqing is 24.2 ~ 29.5℃, in which the northeast area with higher altitude is 24.2 ~ 25.5℃, the southeast area is 25.5 ~ 27.5℃, and the rest areas are between 27.0 ~ 29.5℃. Compared with the normal period, it is 0.2 ~ 0.4℃ higher in the west and northeast, and 0.4 ~ 0.7℃ higher in other areas. The precipitation in various places is 80 ~ 200mm. Compared with the same period of normal years, the western and northeastern areas are more1~ 20%, while the rest areas are less1~ 20%. Suggestion:

1, attach great importance to it and take active actions. All localities should seriously organize and take urgent actions to take measures such as pumping water, lifting water, diverting water, and blocking water to reduce the impact of high temperature and drought on people's lives and crops; At present, in areas where drought has occurred, various measures should be taken immediately to prevent drought, protect seedlings and reduce losses.

2, do a good job of water storage and water conservation. All localities should strengthen inspections of water conservancy facilities such as reservoirs, ponds and dams, repair dangerous reservoirs, and ensure that water can be stored when there is water; Seize all precipitation weather processes to store water and increase the water storage capacity. At the same time, all localities should also rationally dispatch, save water and give full play to the role of limited water resources.

3. Be highly vigilant and do a good job in fire prevention. The weather is sunny and hot, the air is dry and the fire risk index is high. It is necessary to strengthen fire prevention work in urban and rural areas and forests; Do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling in outdoor activities and field operations.

4. Prevent local strong convection. When turning weather occurs during the summer drought, local disasters such as strong winds and lightning are prone to occur, and flood control and disaster relief work in various places must not be relaxed.
