In order to implement the "Regulations on the Administration of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Weifang City", protect the personal and property safety of the public and citizens, and advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle, the relevant contents of prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are reviewed as follows:

First, the area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in our district.

North side: the junction of Fangzi District, Kuiwen District and High-tech Zone.

East: south to Weijiao Road along the east side of Wei 'an Road, west to Weixian South Road along the south side of Weijiao Road, and south to Bama Road along the east side of Weixian South Road.

South side: Start from the junction of wei county South Road and Bama Road, and go west along the south side of Bama Road to Weizhou Road.

West side: Start from the junction of Weizhou Road and Bama Road, go north to Weijiao Road along the kerb on the west side of Weizhou Road, and go west to Airport Road along the kerb on the south side of Weijiao Road.

No unit or individual may set off fireworks and firecrackers in the forbidden area.

Two, in the area where fireworks are prohibited, the following places are prohibited from setting off fireworks.

Office area of state organs;

Cultural relics protection units;

Units that produce and store inflammable and explosive articles;

Safety protection zones for power transmission and transformation, gas, fuel and other energy facilities;

Radio stations, television stations, medical institutions, schools, kindergartens, old-age care institutions and places for religious activities;

Forest, public green space, martyrs cemetery and other key fire prevention areas;

Shopping malls, bazaars, theaters, dance halls, Internet cafes and other crowded places;

Traffic hubs such as stations, docks and airports and railway line safety protection zones;

Parking lot, urban bridge, underground space;

Other places stipulated by laws and regulations.

Three, during the early warning period of heavy pollution weather, the administrative area of this area is completely prohibited from setting off fireworks.

Four, in areas and places where fireworks are prohibited, fireworks shall not have the following acts:

Projecting and throwing at crowds, vehicles, buildings, aircraft, public green spaces and underground pipe networks;

Projecting, throwing and hanging on buildings, roofs and balconies;

Obstruct the safe passage of pedestrians, vehicles and aircraft;

Other discharge behaviors that endanger public safety and citizens' personal and property safety.

Five, the punishment of illegal fireworks.

Fireworks are set off in areas and places where fireworks are prohibited, or in a way that endangers public safety and citizens' personal and property safety, the public security organ shall order them to stop and impose a fine of more than 100 yuan and less than 300 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of more than 300 yuan and less than 500 yuan shall be imposed.

If fireworks and firecrackers are set off during the early warning period of heavy pollution weather, the public security organ shall order them to stop, and impose a fine of more than 300 yuan and less than 500 yuan.

If a fireworks party or fireworks display is held without permission, the public security organ shall order it to stop the discharge, and impose a fine of 1 10,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan on the responsible unit; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than thirty thousand yuan but not more than fifty thousand yuan shall be imposed.

Encourage citizens to actively report illegal fireworks and firecrackers, and public security organs will severely crack down on illegal fireworks and firecrackers.
