Can Australians keep koalas as pets?

Australians can keep koalas as pets, but koalas have the following problems.

1) Source problem. Koalas are unique animals in Australia, and it is no less difficult to get them than to get giant pandas.

2) food problems. Koalas only eat certain kinds of eucalyptus leaves and don't touch other foods, so they are more partial to food than giant pandas. Only by preparing enough eucalyptus leaves can they feed them.

3) Domestication. After all, koalas are wild animals and are not used to being held. They won't feel nervous until they climb on the trunk, so koalas must have a trunk for them to climb on, otherwise they are particularly prone to get sick.
