Security problems in Leeds, England

I have been to Leeds three times. I originally came from the University of Liverpool, but I have friends from China who used to study business studies in Leeds. So I went to see him.

One night in September 2002, when he came home from the library, he was robbed by a black man. The gunman snatched his laptop and wallet. . . . . . . . .

Leeds really doesn't feel very good, and the law and order is not as good as Liverpool. If I had to choose, I would choose Birmingham University, where my good friend is a graduate student. He said it was very good. The environment and weather are much better than Leeds. Liz, there are too many black people, which is ridiculous!
