After the precipitation stops, farmers should make good use of fine weather to prevent and control wheat root rot, stem rot, scab and aphids.

If it rains for several days, farmers should pay attention to the problems of wheat diseases and insect pests in the field, strengthen management in time, and carry out one spray and three defenses.
