Product Protection of Xinhui Chenpi

Xinhui Chenpi is the dried peel of red orange produced in Xinhui, Guangdong. Because of its high medicinal value, it has always enjoyed a high reputation as a traditional spice and condiment. It is said that Xinhui dried tangerine peel is transported to all parts of the north, and it tastes more fragrant after passing through Lingnan. Overseas Chinese once took Xinhui Chenpi abroad by boat. When the ship arrived in the Pacific Ocean, it suddenly smelled a fragrance and could not hide it. Xinhui Chenpi exudes a fragrance, which is its unique quality. The preliminary test results of the drug inspection department show that due to the differences in soil conditions, cultivation techniques, farmland climate and so on, the morphology and tissue structure of the new-produced tangerine peel are similar to those of the transplanted tangerine peel from other places, but the composition and taste of the volatile oil are quite different. Therefore, the medicinal and flavoring effects are very different.

My home is in Shanghai, but my family likes to eat Xinhui Chenpi or make tea, but the authentic Xinhui Chenpi is hard to find. Under the banner of Xinhui Chenpi, it is always mixed with other skins. The taste is far from right. Later, my friend introduced me to a new person named Mei Ran (x h cp 668). He tried very authentic, and I also held the attitude of trying. It's to the point, it's really right and delicious.

pharmacological action

1, expectorant and antiasthmatic effects: the volatile oil of Chenpi (mainly limonene) has irritating expectorant effect. Water decoction and ethanol extract were used for tracheal perfusion in rabbits. It was found that the perfusion speed was slightly faster, which seemed to dilate the trachea. Pericarpine has antiasthmatic effect in guinea pig trachea test in vitro and intravenous injection in anesthetized cats.

2. Effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle: Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae volatile oil has slight stimulation on gastrointestinal tract, which can promote the secretion of digestive juice and eliminate intestinal gas accumulation. Both decoction and ethanol extract can inhibit the isolated intestinal movement of rabbits. The inhibitory effect of dried tangerine peel is weaker than that of adrenaline, but it is more lasting and can be antagonized by acetylcholine. The effect of hesperidin on isolated intestinal muscles is biphasic, first excited briefly, then inhibited.

3. Anti-gastric ulcer effect: subcutaneous injection of methyl hesperidin 100 or 500mg/kg/ day for 6 days has obvious inhibitory effect on experimental gastric ulcer.

4. Effect on heart: Chenpi decoction, ethanol extract and hesperidin can stimulate the contraction of frog heart in vitro and in vivo, but have little effect on heart rate, but have inhibitory effect at high dose. According to Hunan Medical College, intravenous drip of methyl orange glycoside 40mg/kg can reduce coronary artery resistance, increase blood flow, lower blood pressure and slow heart rate for more than 30 minutes, but it has no obvious effect on myocardial oxygen consumption.

5, cholagogic effect: subcutaneous injection of methyl hesperidin to 100 or 500mg/kg anesthetized rats can increase the excretion of bile and bile solids.

6, reduce capillary permeability: Hesperidin and methyl hesperidin can reduce capillary permeability, that is, have vitamin P-like effect.
