Shaolin Temple is located at the southern foot of Zhongyue Songshan Mountain, 13 kilometers northwest of Dengfeng City, Henan Province. It is backed by Wuru Peak and surrounded by mountains. The peaks are connected and well-proportioned, forming a natural barrier for Shaolin Temple. In the eastern part of Shandong Province are Taishi Mountain and Shaoshi Mountain, each with 36 peaks. Kung Fu performance not to be missed: Wudang Tai Chi

There are two good places to watch Tai Chi Kung Fu on Wudang Mountain: Zixiao Palace and Xiaoyao Valley. Zixiao Palace is one of the only two true Taoist temples in the Wudang Mountain Scenic Area. Friends with sufficient funds can live on the top of the mountain (accommodation is concentrated near Crow Ridge) or live directly in Zixiao Palace, so that you can watch the sunrise from Golden Summit the next day. Friends who pursue interests can live at the foot of the mountain. There are many farmhouses, so you might as well compare the price and environment with others. However, if you want to catch the sunrise, you have to climb the Golden Summit at night, which is a different experience!

Food: Wudang Taoist fast food is very distinctive: vegetarian dishes are made with meat, such as gluten, dried tofu, bracken and other wild vegetables, and are made into fish, rabbit, beef, and pork. Wait for meat dishes to be named meat dishes, so they are called meat dishes. For example, the proud and fragrant braised beef, vegetarian sausages, fried prawns, Xuanmen braised pork, sweet and sour pork chops, barbecued pork anchovies, and Taoist pancakes will satisfy your appetite!
