The northern part of Luzhou has a semi-subtropical monsoon humid climate, while the southern mountainous area has three-dimensional climate characteristics, including tropical climate in Central Asia, tropical climate in North Asia, southern temperate climate and northern temperate climate.

Due to the less bad weather in Luzhou, the weather is mostly cloudy and sunny, and the tourist traffic in the four seasons is smooth. The main weather phenomena affecting Luzhou tourism traffic are heavy precipitation, fog and continuous rain. June to September is the main period of heavy rain in Luzhou, especially in June 5438+February, when the heavy rain is relatively concentrated and the rainfall area is wide, it will cause the silt in the stream to collapse the roadbed, and the landslide will block the road surface and affect the traffic.

Bijia Mountain was called Anle Mountain in ancient times. It is located in Hejiang County, 5 kilometers away from the county seat. Bijia Mountain is located between the Yangtze River and Chishui River, and it is named after three peaks, such as pens. The mountain is 698 meters high, with towering peaks and narrow east and west. Looking from the Yangtze River, it looks like stalagmites soaring into the sky. Looking up from Chishui River, there is a pen across the river bank. Especially when it is cloudy or foggy in Chu Qing after the rain, the clouds on the mountain cover the fog and gather and disperse, so it is known as "the pen rack is connected with clouds" and is one of the eight scenic spots in Hejiang.

Taiping Yuhuan Ji contains: During the reign of Emperor Yangdi Huang Kai, Serina Liu became an immortal, and Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty, Tang Gaozong and Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty wrote a letter to build a view or wrote an inscription, which was famous for a while, and literati often climbed high to see victory. On the mountainside, there is the Bailu Cave where Luo studied in Qing Dynasty. There are incarnations of Master Jun Hui and others in the bamboo forest beside the cave. The ancient trees on the mountain are towering, dotted with green water droplets. Ten thousand fruit trees surround Yuntai Ancient Temple. Outside the temple, there is a book "You An Le Shan" written by Song and Huang Tingjian, which was rewritten by Qing people.

Su Shi, a writer in the Song Dynasty, heard that there was a "heavenly tree" on the mountain, so he wrote a poem about traveling to the mountain: Where is Tianshi? The decree has been handed down from generation to generation. The descendants of our country are still dead today, how can autumn leaves be full of gods?

Due to the dangerous terrain, Bijia Mountain is surrounded by cliffs. During the Jia period of the Southern Song Dynasty, Luzhou once built a city on the mountain, and Hejiang County was also built here. The remains of this ancient city are still clearly visible today. There are Bailu Cave, Jiulian Cave, Guanyin Cave, Bailongchi, Ren Xianshi, Sedan Stone, Stan and other historical sites and stone carvings in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Recently, a pair of Song Dynasty stone lions were unearthed, which are lifelike and more precious. The marble temple hill of the ancient temple has been restored. There are thousands of oranges in front of the temple, thousands of bamboos behind it, pines and cypresses on both sides of the strait are dripping, ancient camphor trees are towering, the Yangtze River is thousands of miles long, and Chishui looks at Youlong, which is picturesque.
