Yulin is drier.
Yulin is an inland arid and semi-arid area with a continental monsoon climate on the plateau. It is dry and windy in spring, cool and rainy in summer and autumn, and cold and dry in winter. The annual average temperature is 7.7℃~ 10.6℃ and the annual precipitation is 490 ~ 660mm.
Xi is a warm temperate semi-humid continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, mild climate and moderate rainfall.
