(1) Prohibited scope:

1. Main urban area: roads east of West Ring Road (inclusive), west of Erguang Expressway (exclusive), south of new 3 10 National Highway (exclusive), and north of the intersection of 208 National Highway (formerly Luoluan Expressway) and S238 Provincial Highway (exclusive). 2. Yibin District: the area east of Yibin Road (excluding), west of Diding Road (excluding), south of Luo Yan Expressway (excluding) and north of Xuanzang Road (excluding).

(2) No travel time: 65438+2020 10: 00 on October 2.

(3) No entry measures: 1. Within the forbidden range, trucks with a total mass of 49 tons or more are prohibited from entering for 24 hours; Prohibit trucks with national and below emission standards from entering; Prohibit diesel trucks that are not equipped with pollution control devices or whose pollution control devices do not meet the requirements from entering; Prohibit low-speed trucks, tricycles, agricultural vehicles, tractors and vehicles that do not meet the requirements from entering; Vehicles that fail to pass the vehicle exhaust emission test are prohibited from driving on the road. 2. During the period of red (grade) or orange (grade) emergency response control in heavily polluted weather, diesel trucks with national and below emission standards are prohibited from driving on roads in no-go areas. 3. All transit trucks and vehicles that do not meet the entry conditions will pass through Lianhuo Expressway, Erguang Expressway, Luoning Expressway or newly-built 3 10 National Highway and S3 17 Provincial Highway (formerly 207 national highway); If the bypass road is closed due to engineering construction, the truck should drive along the temporary security route or the designated route according to the indication signs. 4. Trucks that really need to pass in the no-go area and meet the emission standards shall be approved by the traffic management department of the public security organ to apply for passage, and run according to the specified time and route. 5. Trucks with market access permits shall also comply with the regulations on the number of motor vehicles (except for ensuring the normal operation of production and life and transporting fresh aquatic products, vegetables and other people's livelihood vehicles and new energy license trucks in bulk). 6. In order to avoid noise pollution, all motor vehicles are forbidden to honk their horns in the no-go area.
