For example, the Yangtze River Basin is most suitable for sowing from late March to early April. It is generally cultivated earlier and matures earlier, with a growth period of about 90-120 days.
The areas suitable for planting early rice are mainly distributed in the south, such as Hunan, Guangxi, Guangdong and other places. The rice produced by early rice is also called early rice or early rice. Usually early rice has a poor taste and is often used for industrial grain or food storage.

Medium rice is suitable for planting in most areas, and its development will vary greatly depending on the region and climate. The general growth period is about 120-150 days. The seedling cultivation methods are mainly wet seedling fields and two-stage seedling cultivation. The taste of medium rice Early rice and late rice are the best.
The areas suitable for planting medium-sized rice are mainly distributed in most parts of my country except Guangdong, Qinghai, and Hainan. The main producing areas are: Hunan, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Heilongjiang, Hubei, Yunnan, Chongqing, etc.
3. Late rice
Generally sown in mid-to-late June, the harvest season is mid-to-early October. Its growth period is long and its maturity period is late. Its growth period is about 150-170 days. Its taste is not as good as medium rice, but better than early rice. The suitable area for planting late rice is similar to that of early rice, and it is mainly grown in the south.
Rice planting process:
Before planting rice, you need to soak the seeds in water for 2-3 days. When they sprout small white buds, you can fish them out. out. The soaking time is determined by the temperature. If the temperature is high, the soaking time will be short. If the temperature is low, the soaking time will be long. Place the grain seeds with white buds in a bamboo basket and cover them tightly with plastic film. When they grow longer white buds, they can be cultivated in the rice field.
The rice fields must be plowed before raising seedlings. There must be a lot of water in the rice fields. If the seeds are not wet, there is no rice without water. About half a month after raising the seedlings, when the seedlings grow to about 10 centimeters, they can be transplanted. Before transplanting, it is necessary to carry out water storage, plowing, harrowing and other related work on the rice fields. After the field work is completed, the seedlings can be pulled and planted.
