What's the weather like in Lhasa in March and April?

I was demobilized from Lhasa, Hunan in 2003. Lhasa has no pipe heating, but usually turns on air conditioning to keep warm.

The temperature in March and April is very low, especially dry, and the ultraviolet rays are very strong. There is a great temperature difference between day and night. After the sun comes out during the day, it is equivalent to winter in Hunan, and the temperature will be lower than 0 at night. It is best to wear down jackets, warm clothes, masks, earmuffs, gloves, moisturizers, lip balm and sunglasses. You will need these things as soon as you get off the plane.
