The weather in Songjiang

I have long wanted to go to Changbai Mountain, but I have never put it into practice. There are two main ideological obstacles: one is afraid of getting carsick by mountain bike, and the other is afraid of not climbing the 1442 steps of Chixi. However, people who love to travel are most afraid of grass in their hearts, and they can't resist the temptation after hesitating for many years. Just at the hottest time in July this summer, I decided to travel to Changbai Mountain with my family.

When we set out in the morning, it was very sultry. The family drove south, passing through Changchun, catching up with the expressway around the city, and the road was closed, so they had to walk through the city. For motorists, mountain roads and waterways are not terrible. What they are most afraid of is the high-speed road closure. Driving into the city is both a traffic jam and a delay, which is extremely troublesome. After Changchun, the road is much easier. The closer to Changbai Mountain, the cooler the air and the more beautiful the scenery. From Lushuihe Town to Erdaobaihe Town, I saw many beekeepers busy collecting honey along the way.

To travel to Changbai Mountain, you need to visit two small towns, one is Erdaobaihe Town (Chibei District) and the other is Songjianghe Town (Chixi District). It is said that Changbai Mountain used to have three slopes: the north slope, the west slope and the south slope. The south slope is not open this year, so we can only go to the north slope and the west slope. It is easy to climb the mountain on the north slope, and tourists can go straight to the top of the mountain by bus. On the west slope, they need to climb 1442 steps. So we went to the north slope first and lived in Erdaobaihe Town. If anyone wants to go to Swan Scenic Spot (15 Daogou), they should go to Xipo first, because it is much closer to the scenic spot.

It was noon when we arrived at Erdaobaihe River. I thought it would be cool in the mountainous area, but at this time, it shows 30 degrees outside the car, which is only a little lower than at home. After driving around the town for several times, I felt a little deserted. I couldn't see crowds of tourists or passing cars. Fortunately, the town is well built, the streets are clean and tidy, there are many fast food restaurants and many beautiful attractions. This is a standard tourist city. During the driving process, I found that there were no traffic lights on the streets of the town, and only electronic monitoring was used to maintain order. The scenic spots in the town are worth seeing, such as Meirensong Park, Tianlun Square and Zhonghua Shaqiu Duck Park.

After lunch, looking at the sunny weather, the family excitedly drove to the north slope, only to be persuaded by the kind people they met there. In everyone's words, there will be no tourists climbing the mountain in the afternoon, because there is not enough time to see the scenic spots, and the whole tour will take one day. Helpless to drive back, because the mobile navigation signal was interrupted, three road idiots went the wrong way and somehow drove to a construction site. When I ran out of trouble, I looked up and didn't know where I was. Judging from the billboards around me, it should be a place called "Gem Town".

It was nearly evening when I came to Erdaobaihe again, and I went to Meirensong Park for a while. Seeing many ducklings in the upper reaches of the river, chasing tourists for food, I think the town is too suitable for leisure life. The night air in the town is cool and brightly lit, which is very beautiful. At this time, there are many people on the road, drinking, chatting, dancing and everything. Walking by the river in the town, enjoying the leisurely scene in front of you, makes people sincerely like it here. I once had an idea to simply move my family and live here for life.

As the saying goes, climbing early, fewer people and better scenery. Get up early to eat in town, and then drive to the north gate of Chibei Mountain. When I got there, I found that the queue had already started. Running all the way, checking tickets, queuing, and taking a bus are really smooth when there are few people. In everyone's words, right now, you can't get into the mountain without waiting in line for an hour or two, and you can be squeezed to death. On the way up the mountain, the bus wanted to take more photos, but found that there was nothing on both sides of the road except tall trees, no mountains and no water. Knowing that you are walking in the mountains, you can't see the shadow of the mountains at all, which is very depressing.

The bus turned around on the main road and some passengers began to get carsick. Originally, I was afraid of this, so I quickly stuffed a piece of candy into my mouth, but all the big and small ones at home were fine, and I was even a little happy with the car. I can't help worrying about everyone at this time, because this is the first section of the road, and it is said that the second section will be more dangerous. After arriving safely at the Mid-Levels Transfer Station, I found that the weather was good and decided to buy a ticket to Tianchi at the top of the mountain immediately. The journey from the transfer station to the top of the mountain was really wonderful. The mountain is high and the road is dangerous, and it is soaring all the way. It almost brought out the soul, and everyone was fascinated by it.

Tianchi Lake in Changbai Mountain, if you didn't see it with your own eyes, I really didn't know that there was such beautiful clear water and such a charming touch of deep blue in this world, so you could simply look at people. I remember seeing a credit card with Baishan Tianchi as the background. Now I really doubt whether the designer has seen Tianchi with his own eyes. At this time, the top of the mountain is sunny and cool. My daughter-in-law brought two long-sleeved clothes for my daughter and me. I asked her, "Aren't you cold?" She said: "When you are away from home, you have to protect the photographer first." I was moved to put on my clothes silently.

As the saying goes, it depends on the character of Tianchi. It is said that it is not easy to see Tianchi without any shelter. Now that you have seen it, let's watch it for a while. When I was watching Tianchi, I watched a family, one big and one small, running around happily like two crazy monkeys. I think this trip is very hard, but it's worth it. I remember someone said, just watch the scenery on TV. HD is not crowded. In fact, I want to say that no matter how high-definition TV and mobile phone broadcast live, it will never give you the ultimate feeling of climbing to the top of the mountain, overlooking the misty clouds and mountains and breathing carefree air.

On the way down from Tianchi, I enjoyed the magnificent scenery of Changbai Mountain again. On the way to Changbai Waterfall, I found a hot spring on the roadside for everyone to wash their hands. Daughter-in-law said at this moment: "It seems that the bathrooms at the top of the mountain use hot springs because the water is hot." How enviable. You know, soaking in hot springs at the foot of the mountain is almost one person 100. Looking at hot springs all over the floor, I really want to take off my clothes and cook for a while. My daughter-in-law said my idea was a little crazy. I happened to see a waterfall on the mountain, so I said, "Why don't I stand under the waterfall and you take a picture of my head in the water?"

It's more fun and crowded near Changbai Waterfall. Back to Luyuantan, Xiaotianchi and underground forest are not as beautiful as here. Come to the underground forest, not far from the mountain gate. The total length of the forest is more than 3 kilometers, and it takes about 1 hour to go back and forth. Most tourists just walk for a while and then choose it. We walked for about 20 minutes. When we came out, we met many people and asked if we had made it to the end. We can't answer, but smile. In fact, everyone knows that few of us can walk at the end of the day, so let's leave.

Leaving Beishanmen, the time is about 3 pm. Think about it. We entered the stadium at 8: 30 in the morning, and the day passed like this. Go back along the return traffic, this time I didn't take the wrong road and arrived at Erdaobaihe Town smoothly. After dinner, drive to Songjiang Town and visit Tianchi in the west. Erdaobaihe River is not far from Songjiang, about 90 kilometers, connected by a mountain road in the middle, and the whole journey is about 1 half an hour. Along the way, the trees are lush and cover the sky, but still can't see the distant mountains, which makes people feel very boring. Arrive at the west slope at night.

When I arrived at Xipo, I booked a hot spring hotel. The whole family was in high spirits and didn't come out until midnight. It was a little gloomy when I got up in the morning. I wonder if I can see Tianchi today. Later, I thought about it again. Anyway, I've seen it on the North Slope. Maybe today I can enjoy the Tianchi Lake in the clouds. The west slope is under construction from the distribution center to the mountain gate by car. It is very bumpy. There are still no mountains along the way, but after entering the scenic spot, I found that the entrance here is lush with vegetation, which is more beautiful than the north slope.

Continue to drive up the mountain, only to find that there are many flowers and plants on the west slope, which is really much more beautiful than the north slope. The mountains on the northern slope are desolate, while the western slope is like a mountain garden. There was fog in the mountains, and in the fog of cars, many people soon turned dizzy. My neighbor's aunt and I talked and laughed at first, but then she fell silent in her seat. Looking back at the whole car, it seems that there are few spirits. I comforted her and said, "Hold on, it's almost over." She asked me, "Can I see Tianchi when I get off?" I said, "get off and climb 1442 steps." Her expression immediately became more painful.

After arriving at the station, everyone staggered out of the car and looked at the long stairs. Many people probably cried. I remember that climbing Aershan Tianchi is 999 steps, and my arms and legs are cramped. There are 1442 steps here, and it's raining and foggy. I didn't get out of the way with an umbrella. Really desperate. After hesitating for a long time, my daughter-in-law has been encouraging me and saying that I am better than those old people. If I spare half a day, I can definitely go up. Speaking of which, don't be scared by the steps of 1442. In fact, the slope here is very gentle, and it is not tiring to climb it.

At this time, the west slope is full of clouds, and the scenery is really beautiful. Besides the beautiful iris, you can occasionally see naughty squirrels on the roadside. Little things are not afraid of people at all, they only eat. Tourists stopped to take pictures, and everyone wanted to give it something to eat, but they rummaged through the bag and found nothing but water. It seems that everyone knows that you should take less things when climbing mountains. Some people are going up the mountain, others are going down the mountain. People who are going down the mountain encourage everyone to go up the mountain quickly, because they can still see Tianchi. People who climb the mountain hold their breath and want to reach the top of the mountain early.

The dense fog was blown by the wind in the mountains and chased the climbers. They quickened their pace and finally reached the observation deck with difficulty. At this time, Tianchi, although surrounded by fog, was still clear, and everyone began to raise their mobile phones to take pictures. The viewing platform on the west slope is much narrower than that on the north slope, but the perspective of Tianchi is very spacious, so it is not easy to get a panoramic view. The sky is gloomy, Tianchi is still blue, and the clouds that originally chased tourists bypassed the summit and flocked to the distance. It seems that the magical Changbai Mountain really takes care of these tourists. In order to let everyone see clearly, dense fog is not allowed to stay at the top of the mountain.

On the way down the mountain, I passed the Grand Canyon, Alpine Garden, Wang Chi and other scenic spots. Actually, I think the Grand Canyon is good. Walking here is not tiring, and the scenery is much better than the underground forest on the north slope. There are many boulders in the mountains, and the flowing water below, especially the plants on both sides of the plank road, give people a primitive and multi-level feeling. After seeing these scenery, it was past three o'clock in the afternoon when I left the west slope. In contrast, although the western slope is not as good as the northern slope, the mountains are full of green, Tianchi, stairs, squirrels and iris.
