100-word writing practice for Yan'an Zaoyuan Travel Notes
On National Day, our family went to Yan’an, the holy land of revolution. The towering Pagoda Mountain, the Dingdongyan River, the simple furnishings of the Zaoyuan cave dwellings, the hoe for land reclamation in Nanniwan, the meeting place in Yangjialing, and the revolutionary cultural relics and historical sites displayed in the Wangjiaping Memorial Hall gave me an intuitive and vivid revolutionary traditional education lesson. .
The weather was sunny on October 3, and we drove from Lintong. After entering Tongchuan, the highway is already busy with traffic, surrounded by mountains on both sides, winding through valleys, tunnels, and bridges.
At noon, we came to the Hukou Waterfall Scenic Area of ??the Yellow River. A spectacular waterfall appears in front of you: a large gray-yellow waterfall with huge rolling waves and thunderous sound. The water mist splashed by the waterfall wet the clothes of tourists. The water mist formed a colorful rainbow under the sunlight, which was extremely beautiful!
In the evening, we arrived at Nanniwan. There is a tall monument erected in front of the Nanniwan Large Production Exhibition Hall, with Chairman Mao's inscription engraved on it: "Do it yourself, and you will have enough food and clothing." In the evening we rushed to stay at the foot of Yan'an Pagoda Mountain.
The next day, early in the morning, we arrived at the old revolutionary site of Zaoyuan. Next to the gate, a group of Ansai waist drum players wearing waist drums and red silk waists smiled at us. Their images are so kind and familiar. We followed the tour guide to visit the cave dwelling where the leaders lived. Chairman Mao’s cave dwelling was so simple with two bookcases, a bed, a wooden table, and a few wooden chairs. In such an environment, Chairman Mao guided the Chinese revolution to achieve great victories one after another.
Walking into the Yangjialing Central Auditorium, the rows of benches are so old that they are more than 70 years old. The auditorium is the site of the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The logo and the portrait of Chairman Mao and Commander-in-Chief Zhu are hung in the middle, and three party flags are hung diagonally on both sides. Visitors stood on the podium to take photos.
In the afternoon, we went to visit Pagoda Mountain. Climbing up to the towering Pagoda Mountain, you will have a wide view and have a panoramic view of Yan'an surrounded by rolling rivers and mountains. The ancient pagodas of the Song Dynasty bear witness to the passionate years of Yan'an. With excitement, we took a group photo under the pagoda. The souvenirs at the foot of the Pagoda Mountain are all red culture, including presidential badges, top ten marshals, northern Shaanxi embroidery, revolutionary song CDs, etc., all proving that this is a revolutionary holy place.
We looked at Baota Mountain, Zaoyuan, Yangjialing, and listened to the tour guide’s introduction to Yangjiaping and Nanniwan. We missed the leaders of the older generation more and more. They came to Yan’an after a long march of thousands of miles under the enemy’s pursuit and interception. In such difficult years, he accumulated strength for the revolution for 13 years, and finally won the victory in the Anti-Japanese War, and then overthrew the old China and established a new China.
I think the Yan'an spirit is a spirit in which human beings rely on collective strength to survive and win by themselves under difficult and difficult conditions.
We should carry forward this spirit from generation to generation: face difficulties and obstacles, endure hardships, and realize the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
