In 2009, the temperature in the whole province was obviously higher, the precipitation was less, the meteorological disasters were lighter and the climate was normal. In winter, the temperature is higher and the precipitation is obviously less. 65438+1In the first ten days of June, there was a continuous low-temperature freezing injury process in all parts of the province, but the winter temperature in the province was still high 1.4℃, which was a warm winter, and the precipitation was the second in the same period since June, 19 1. The continuous lack of rain led to meteorological drought in autumn and winter in most parts of the province. In spring, the temperature is normal, the precipitation is less, strong convective weather appears in some areas, and the disaster is relatively light. The rainy season starts from May 18 and ends on July 4, with a late start and end time, short duration, weak intensity and less precipitation by 20%, which leads to continuous meteorological drought in coastal areas in autumn, winter and spring. The temperature is high in summer and the precipitation is normal. From July to August, there were three large-scale continuous high temperature weather, with the highest temperature exceeding 38℃. In autumn, the temperature is high and the precipitation is normal. From June 65438+1October 3 1 day to June 65438+1October 4, the cold wave weather process occurred in the western and northern regions, which is rare in history. The drought in summer and autumn in some counties (cities) in southern Fujian has a serious impact on agricultural production and people's lives. Nine tropical cyclones landed or affected our province in the whole year, the number of which was close to that of normal years. The characteristics were that the influence path was southerly, and the wind and rain had little influence, resulting in light disasters. Among them, three tropical cyclones landed in our province, the third tropical storm "Lotus" landed in Jinjiang on June 2 1 day, the eighth typhoon "Morakot" landed in Xiapu on August 9, and the tropical depression landed in Putian on July 14. According to incomplete statistics, meteorological disasters in the province affected 2.2635 million people, 39 people died (including lightning disaster death 19 people), 2 people were missing, and the direct economic loss was 3.67 billion yuan. Comprehensive analysis shows that in 2009, the climate in Fujian Province was normal and meteorological disasters were light.
