The weather in San Francisco

San Francisco is located in the middle latitude, on the west coast of North America. It is surrounded by icy oceans (Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay) on three sides. The nearby ocean surface is affected by the California warm current, and the low-temperature seawater in the depths of the ocean rises to the surface. Due to the Pacific high pressure and southwest monsoon, the surface temperature of seawater is extremely low.
