Is Beihai, Guangxi suitable for providing for the aged?

Beihai is livable in four seasons, with no severe cold in winter and no heat in summer. In June+10/October, 5438, the average temperature in Leng Yue was 13℃- 19℃, and the highest temperature in sunny days could exceed 20℃. Although it is not high compared with Sanya, it is enough for the elderly in the north.

Beihai is only a third-and fourth-tier city, and its consumption level is unlikely to be compared with that of first-tier cities or popular tourist cities like Sanya.

Beihai (named by the Dutch, the original text is "NoordZee", which means "the sea in the north"; English: NorthSea), corresponding to zuider zee in the south. It is a marginal sea in the northeast of the Atlantic Ocean, located in the northwest of the European continent, that is, between Great Britain, Scandinavia, jutland and the Hobby Lowlands.
