4, construction scheme and materials, equipment inspection

5, construction and installation quality acceptance

(2) During the intermediate acceptance of the floor heating system, the following items must be tested and concluded:

(2) Whether the material, pipe diameter, wall thickness, pipe spacing and bending radius of the heating pipeline meet the design requirements and whether the fixation is reliable;

(3) Whether the expansion joints are laid as required;

6, floor heating installation matters needing attention

Be sure to find a construction team with professional knowledge of floor heating. "Three points floor, seven points installation", the effect of amateur decoration team is self-evident.

The tightness of the floor heating system must be checked before laying.

The ground must be dry (which can be judged by experimental phenomena), and the water content of cement ground should be below 1.5%. The indoor humidity should not be too high. Whether there is geothermal heating or not, the ambient humidity before and after installation is about 60 degrees.

It is forbidden to nail nails on the ground during construction. After the construction is completed, it is also forbidden to nail on the ground to prevent damage to the heating coil.

7. There should be no joint for the heating pipe in the packing layer. The construction standard and allowable deviation of pipeline installation project and the construction standard and allowable deviation of original ground, filling layer and surface layer shall comply with relevant regulations.

Floor heating pipeline laying

In the construction of floor heating, the laying of floor heating pipes is the most important. The laying quality of floor heating pipes directly affects the heating effect of floor heating system. If improperly installed, the floor heating will be overheated or overheated locally. Therefore, attention should be paid to the construction according to the drawings when laying the floor heating pipeline.

Laying of floor heating backfill layer

The backfill layer of floor heating can also be called thermal storage layer. Improper construction of floor heating backfill layer will not only affect the installation of floor decoration materials, but also damage the floor heating system. Pay attention to the correct construction when backfilling the floor heating.

1, fine stone concrete protective layer laying, check the pressure gauge before laying, if the pressure gauge is lower than 4MPA, construction is prohibited.

2. The ground elevation difference after concrete leveling shall not be greater than 5 mm ..

3. Concrete mixing: It is forbidden to mix concrete directly on the floor heating pipeline. The floor heating pipes can be covered with wooden boards or plastic boards.
