1. Usually, the low temperature and strong wind force in winter in the north will have a bad influence on the stability of tower crane in non-working state. Therefore, first of all, the base should be reinforced, and there should be enough ballast blocks on the base, which should be firmly fixed and the anchoring device should be reliable.

2. Before the tower crane is shut down for maintenance, the paint film on the surface of the whole machine should be comprehensively inspected. For the damaged part of paint film, the surface of the component should be cleaned again and coated with antirust paint and decorative paint film to protect the metal surface from corrosion after rain and snow.

In the movable part of the tower crane, such as the joint between the boom and the top of the tower, we should also do a good job of rust prevention. Brush these parts with diesel oil to remove impurities, moisture, rust spots, etc. , will lead to corrosion, and then coated with a layer of grease.

3, tower crane shutdown should be immediately after maintenance work, regular inspection and maintenance system; Before next year's use, we should also pay attention to check whether all parts of the tower crane are complete, remove the moving parts, reassemble, adjust and repair some parts such as brakes. Before operation, check whether the transmission mechanism is normal, whether the bolts of the main components are loose, whether the wire rope is worn normally, and whether the brakes of each mechanism are used. Safety restrictions, protective devices, etc. Do not operate until it is confirmed to be normal.
