Where is the weather cool?

The places with cool weather are: Xining, Yichun and Dandong.

1. Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, the eastern gateway of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, is one of the high-altitude cities in the world (elevation 226 1 m). Every July, many tourists come to Tibet and Qinghai Lake to see rape blossoms. The average temperature in summer is 17- 19℃, and the climate is pleasant. It is a summer resort and is called "the summer capital of China".

2. Yichun, located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province, faces Russia across the Heilongjiang River. Yichun has the largest primeval forest of Korean pine in the world, so it is called "Forest Capital of China" and "Natural Oxygen Bar". The average annual temperature in Yichun is only about 1℃, which is one of the lowest cities in China, and the average summer temperature is 19℃.

3. Dandong City, located in the southeast of Liaoning Province, faces North Korea across the river. There are 6 scenic spots 1 along the Yalu River in Dandong, which is known as "the largest and most beautiful border town in China". Dandong has no heat in summer and no cold in winter, and the average temperature in summer is 2-24℃. It was once rated as "the most suitable city for human habitation" and "one of the top ten retirement resorts in China".
