The strongest typhoon affecting Zhoushan in history

The strongest typhoon that affected Zhoushan in history was Meihua. Plum blossoms bring concentrated heavy rainfall and windy weather to the east of central and northern Zhejiang, especially to Ningbo, Zhoushan and Shaoxing. The wind power in some coastal areas of northern Zhejiang reaches 15 ~ 16. Yuyao, Xiangshan, Fenghua, Beilun, Dinghai and Shangyu 17 counties (cities, districts) and 196 towns (streets) experienced severe storms.

The intensity of "Plum Blossom" weakened before and after entering the East China Sea, and increased again after entering the East China Sea.
