Southwest production area

Vineyards from various producing areas in southwest France are scattered in ten counties, each with its own style and characteristics. Beugras is almost connected with Bordeaux, because it is adjacent to Bordeaux, and the varieties of grapes planted are very similar. Bo Gyerak District is also subdivided into eight producing areas, producing different types of wine. The largest is Bergerac, the local AOC here, which produces soft red wine, fresh pink wine and dry white wine. In the same producing area, there is a Coates de Gyerak with strict production regulations, which only produces strong red wine and sweet white wine.

The producing area of Montera Weir is located in the west of Dordogne County, and it is divided into Montera Weir, which produces dry liquor, Coates demont Ravel, which produces sweet liquor, and Upper Montera Weir, the latter is usually sweeter.

"Monbazillac Monbazillac" is the most splendid expensive and rotten sweet liquor in the producing area, which has been famous since the Middle Ages. It is located on the north slope of the south bank of Dordogne River and is mainly composed of calcareous clay. The foggy weather in autumn creates a special environment for the production of expensive and rotten sweet liquor. The wine here is famous for its strong aroma, and the aroma of Sophora japonica and honey is quite common, with rich and rich taste. It comes with dessert, blue mold cheese and foie gras, which is a specialty here. Saussignac, west of Monbazillac, also produces liqueur.

Pécharmant in northern Bergerac belongs to gravel-covered clay area. The red wine here is strong and wild, and it is the most wonderful red wine in Gyerak. It usually takes some time to soften the tough tannins. Due to the unique variety of Négrette, Ctes du Frontonnais has distinctive red wine and pink wine. Négrette is light in color, soft in tannins and rich in fruit aroma, which is a good material for making pink wine.

Gailhac Gaillac produces all kinds of wines, from dry white wine to sweet wine, all kinds of sparkling wine, new wine and aged red wine, which are quite rare in French producing areas. The soil here is quite diverse and the grape varieties are quite complicated. In addition to Bordeaux varieties, there are many unique varieties in southwest China, such as Mauzac, Lende L 'El and Fer. Madurand and Pachelen Duwick-Bill.

Tannatt grape is the most important variety in the southwest near the Pyrenees, among which Madurand is the most famous. Tannat is a variety with unusually high tannin content, dark color and high alcohol content. Its strong sense of convergence makes it difficult for young Madihiro to swallow, but it has lasting potential, and it needs to wait for a while to soften tannins and enhance the aroma of wine. It is a sacred product with game. In order to reduce the strength of tannins, a little Fer, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are usually mixed together.

The wine in this area is called vic beer. Besides Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from Bordeaux and Ju Ran, both dry wine and sweet wine are produced, and the varieties are also very complicated? On) In addition to Gromanson and Little Manson, there is also a unique local Kulbu. Dry liquor is famous for its unique floral fragrance, and its taste is quite round. Zhu Lansheng is the most distinctive sweet liquor producing area in southwest China with a long history. The earliest historical record can be traced back to 1553, which is the year when French King henri paul IV (1553- 16 10) was born. Henri paul was baptized with a piece of garlic on his lips and a sip of Juransong wine. 1594 became the fourth king of France. Therefore, in the Middle Ages, Jurangsong was quite famous, and its unique grape varieties and beautiful natural environment made it unique among the sweet and white producing areas in France. Unlike Bordeaux's expensive and rotten liqueur, the sweet white here comes from late-maturing grapes: Little Manson and Gromanson, as well as some varieties such as Kulbu. The terrain here is high and the temperature is relatively low. In addition to sweet white wine, it also produces a unique dry white wine (Juranson sec) with a strong tropical fruit aroma. Because little Manson has a strong acidity and a unique aroma of tropical fruits, Juranson sweet white wine has a fairly balanced taste even if its sweetness is high.
