What weather is affecting India?

For India, the climate factor is extremely important because the dry season and the rainy season are very different. In general, every June, the monsoon filled with water vapor in the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean sweeps across the Northeast subcontinent, bringing a lot of but uneven precipitation. The west coast of Deccan in the Ganges Plain under the Himalayas, especially in the northeast corner (now Bangladesh and West Bengal), is often flooded. The Indus-Ganges system provides sufficient water for irrigation, but almost all fertile land in southern India is irrigated by rainfall. The recurrent famine caused by the dry season has left a mark on Indian history.
