How does ipad air display the weather in the notification bar

Ipad air displays the weather in the notification bar as follows:

Step 1: Click the "Edit" button on the screen.

Step 2: If the "Today's Summary" column is not in the editing list of the notification column, click the+button on the left.

Step 3: After adding, please click the "Finish" button to complete the operation.
