A, installation work execution standard:

2. For the installation environment with potential safety hazards, the user must be required to rectify, and the installation can only be carried out after the user promises to rectify according to the specified requirements. If users insist on non-standard installation, they should refuse.

Second, the installation work to prevent accidents should be taken measures:

1. Prevention of frost crack accident of water tank of gas water heater;

(1) Strict installation requirements. 3. Prevent electric shock accidents:

The installer must carry the phaser when installing at home, check the power supply in the user's home, and strictly follow the requirements of the electricity environment of the water heater, including gas water heaters and electric water heaters using AC power:

Party B shall strictly require its subordinate installers to carry out installation operations in accordance with the requirements of the specifications, and all losses caused by accidents due to Party B's failure to implement or defective implementation of the installation specifications shall be borne by Party B..

1. Frost cracking accident of water tank

(1) If the product is not labeled with "anti-freezing warning", Party B shall be liable for compensation.

(2) In the climate temperature below-15℃, if the anti-freezing model product is not labeled with "anti-freezing warning" and the water tank is frozen and cracked, Party B shall be liable for compensation.

If the water tank of the anti-freezing machine is frozen and cracked under the climatic conditions above-15℃, Party A shall be liable for compensation.

2. Carbon monoxide poisoning accident

(1) If the toilet is installed without an exhaust pipe, the installation service provider shall bear all the compensation responsibilities.

(2) The smoke exhaust pipe is installed, but it is installed in the bathroom; It is illegal to install it outside the bathroom without a smoke exhaust pipe, and the installation service provider shall bear all the responsibilities.

3. Electric shock accident:

(1) If the user's home electricity environment requirements are not checked as required, the installation service provider shall be responsible for compensation.

(2) If the power supply in the user's home does not meet the requirements, but the user is not informed to modify it, and the user is not required to sign a disclaimer, the installation service provider shall bear all the compensation responsibilities.

4. Pipeline leakage accident:

(1) The installation service provider shall be responsible for any accident caused by illegally selling installation materials of non-designated brands.

(2) The installation service provider shall be responsible for the accidents caused by installation and construction problems.

In the above accidents, if the accident is caused by installation, the installation service provider shall be liable for compensation, including the judicial authorities' judgment that Party A shall be liable for compensation or joint liability, and Party A has the right to recover from Party B. 2. This agreement is an annex to the Agreement on Special Installation of Products. Any dispute arising in the course of performance shall be settled by both parties through consultation.
