Can the fan run normally at MINUS 20-30 degrees?

Abnormal sound has nothing to do with temperature. Temperature can only change the density of gas and directly affect the change of motor power. Check the gap between the air inlet and the impeller; Check whether there are foreign objects on the impeller; Check whether the bearing chamber is short of oil. These factors will make the fan make abnormal noise.
