How to prevent high temperature safety in summer for enterprises.

First, electrical fire. With the arrival of high temperature weather, the number of electrical equipment such as air conditioners, refrigerators and electric fans has increased greatly, and the lines of electrical equipment are overloaded, and the insulation of power supply is damaged, resulting in short circuit and fire, or the electrical motor is wet with water, and the insulation strength is reduced, resulting in short circuit and burning of the motor. Citizens should pay attention to the vents of electrical appliances to prevent components from being corroded by moisture; Ensure that the heat dissipation of household appliances is good, and avoid that some components are damaged or even burned due to excessive temperature, thus causing fire; At the same time, household appliances such as refrigerators should not be plugged in and out frequently, otherwise the compressor will start when the refrigeration is high. Because the starting load is too large, once the power protection device fails, it is easy to burn out the refrigerator, so you need to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Always check the insulated conductor core of electric heating appliances, pay attention to whether the total power consumption of newly added appliances exceeds the safe current value of wires, replace worn and aging wires in time, install leakage protection switches for household users' wires to prevent fire and personal electric shock caused by leakage, and the wires shall not be exposed or damaged. The installation of power switches and sockets must be strictly implemented, and fire prevention and heat insulation measures should be taken.

Second, the car caught fire. The aging and short circuit of automobile power supply circuit, the overload load of automobile lead to the increase of engine temperature, coupled with the hot weather and poor engine ventilation equipment, which easily lead to automobile spontaneous combustion. Therefore, drivers should always check their vehicles and maintain them regularly; Use qualified automobile electrical appliances and circuits; Replacing plastic (rubber) hose with metal material in the pipeline of automobile oil transportation system; Indoor decoration adopts non-combustible materials or flame retardant materials; At the same time, traffic departments and traffic police departments should make joint efforts to educate drivers on fire safety and take fire safety management as an important task. Drivers should always have fire extinguishers in their cars. At present, there are mainly dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers and 12 1 1 fire extinguishers. A corresponding number of fire extinguishers should be equipped according to the size of the vehicle. Ordinary cars should be equipped with at least one medium-sized fire extinguisher, and large buses and trucks should be equipped with several large fire extinguishers and maintained regularly. Only in this way can we be prepared and minimize the losses.

Third, the construction site fire. Oxygen bottles, acetylene bottles, fireproof materials, paint thinner and other inflammable and explosive articles on the construction site are not strictly managed, and they are directly exposed to the sun at high temperature without effective shielding measures, and are stored in a ventilated and cool place, which is prone to fire accidents.

Four, hot and wet chemical dangerous goods spontaneous combustion fire. In summer, the ground temperature is sometimes as high as 40℃. In such a hot temperature condition, a slight negligence in the production, transportation and storage of dangerous chemicals will lead to a fire. Therefore, we must carefully keep and use inflammable and explosive dangerous chemicals.

Five, the spontaneous combustion of materials. In addition to the straw, coal pile and cotton pile we used to talk about, there are oily fibers, waste plastics, ammonium nitrate fertilizer, fish meal and agricultural products. When these substances are stored, if the accumulation time is too long and the ventilation is not good, they will change themselves to generate heat, and the temperature will gradually rise. Water repellent substances include quicklime, anhydrous alumina, alkaline peroxide, chlorosulfonic acid, etc. When these substances encounter water or moisture in the air, they will release a large amount of combustible gas and mix with air to form an explosive mixture.

Six, illegal hot work with fire. When the temperature is high in summer, volatile, flammable and explosive substances (such as gasoline and alcohol) evaporate quickly. In places where these substances are stored and used, the system of using fire and electricity must be strictly observed to prevent serious disasters.

Seven, natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas fire. City gas users should correctly use city gas and gas facilities and appliances, and it is strictly forbidden to dismantle, modify, relocate and install city gas facilities and appliances without authorization. When it is found that the indoor city gas facilities or appliances are damaged or leaked, the valve should be closed immediately, the window should be opened for ventilation, electrical equipment should not be started and open flames should not be used, and the city gas supply unit should be reported in time for emergency repair; Units and residents who use liquefied petroleum gas should not expose their gas tanks to the sun, but store them in a cool and dry place. In case of fire, it shall report to the fire department in time.
