Dalian weather

Personally, the temperature in Dalian is basically between 6- 15 degrees, and the heating has stopped. The wind is usually southerly, but sometimes it turns northeasterly, but it's not too cold. Personally, the wind is generally 3-4 (I live in Dalian). You can wear a coat in the morning and it will be fine after 9 o'clock. It seldom rains in Dalian now, so there is no need for down jackets.
