Download R4CCE, you can read the golden finger code.

Do not use $gba simulator

Press F2 to bring up the golden finger interface.

Select Add New Item.

The gold finger code is filled on it, and the note is below.

Select the space next to RAW and Action Replay DS.

Select OK, and then double-click the space next to the golden finger. A checkmark appears, indicating that the golden finger has been used. Select ok.

2. If you don't know the genuine software, use R4CCE to save the golden finger file in uscheat.dat for R4 card burning.
