Nowadays, with global warming, extreme weather often occurs, and even floods in Beijing and Hebei often occur once in a hundred years. Therefore, the low-lying plots in the eastern urban area (mainly Mianhu Lake) and the northern area (mainly Yanqi Lake) should also be carefully considered.
