Penglai Pavilion, one of the four famous buildings in ancient China, is an ancient architectural complex that embodies the wisdom and artistic crystallization of ancient Han working people. Known as "fairyland on earth", its legends of "Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea" and "Mirage" are well-known at home and abroad.

The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea Scenic Area, also known as the Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea and the Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea, is located on the coast of the North Yellow Sea in Penglai, Shandong Province, across the sea from Danya Mountain, Penglai Pavilion and Changshan Islands, with a tourist area of 55,000 square meters and nearly 40 main attractions. Qi Jiguang Ancestral Temple, located on the east side of Qian Jie Street in Penglai Pavilion, was built in the eighth year of Chongzhen in Ming Dynasty (1635) to praise Qi Jiguang and was awarded the title of "Ancestral Temple to show merit". The ancestral temple was rebuilt in the forty-sixth year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1707), and was requisitioned as state-owned in 1985, and was completely restored. The shrine is a temple-style building with three courtyards.
