What weird and funny things have you encountered when you went out to play?

The reason why travel is so addictive is that you never know what is waiting for you ahead. Along the way, there was confusion, laughter, and of course some weird and interesting things. Here I would like to share with you an interesting story while hiking in Sri Lanka.

In February 2017, I plan to challenge an unfamiliar coastal route in Sri Lanka. This Indian Ocean coastline has beautiful scenery. It has to pass through more than 20 unfamiliar towns and cross four major religious areas. It is part of the Sri Lanka trip. The most unpopular among the unpopular, few foreigners have visited it, and the whole journey requires 185 kilometers of hiking.

That afternoon I hiked to a small town called Kalutara. I was hot and thirsty, so I decided to find a restaurant to fill my stomach first. I ordered a chicken fried rice and a bottle of drink and sat down. Only then did I realize that everyone was looking at me, a foreigner. These people heard that I was Chinese and came all the way from Mirissa. They thought it was incredible and wanted to hear my story.

After eating, I picked up my luggage and said goodbye. As soon as I left the house, I saw an ox cart with an ox head wrapped in a piece of linen. With the unique shape of the ox cart behind it, I thought it was particularly interesting, so Just take out your phone and take pictures. There was a lean old man standing at the door, drinking milk tea and watching me take photos. When I was about to leave after taking the photo, he pointed at the bullock cart and stopped me. I understand, this bullock cart belongs to him, and I need to charge a tip for taking photos! I handed him some rupees, but he insisted on not taking them. After a lot of communication, I found out that he was going to another town. During the meal, he parked the bullock cart at the door. Worried that the weather was too hot, he wrapped the bull's head in linen. got up. He said that his bullock cart was very cool and it would be ugly if he couldn’t take a picture of the bull’s head, so he lifted the linen cloth covering the bull’s head and asked me to take some more pictures!

I braved the high temperature of more than 40 degrees, almost turned into chocolate by the sun, and took one picture after another, and finally there was one that he was very satisfied with! etc! What kind of thing is this? It's my business whether to take pictures or not. I dare you to take pictures of your bullock cart that don't look good and I won't let you go! Hahaha, although I think this old man is very stubborn, I also found that Lankans also have a cute and interesting side. People asked me for tips everywhere along the way, but he didn’t accept tips. The only request was to take pictures of his bullock cart that look cool. Some! He asked me where to go next? I said I wanted to walk to the capital, Colombo, and he sighed and said that it was exactly the opposite of my schedule, otherwise he could give me a ride. Now every time I look at the photos of the hike in Lanka and see this bullock cart, especially the piece of linen covering the cow's head, I can't help but laugh. The bullock cart has a cool shape, so I blame me for being terrible at taking pictures~

One year I went to Hemu for a trip. After getting off the observation deck and approaching the birch forest by the river, there was a woman behind me and I quickly got out of the way. . . Looking back, I saw a woman riding a horse running wildly and falling to the ground not far from me. No sound. A group of people immediately gathered around him, but no one dared to help him for fear of falling and causing secondary injuries. The woman had no voice either. The eyes are also closed. Suddenly, someone outside the circle of people shouted to give up, quickly pinch the person in the middle. Everyone, get out of the way. A young man rushed up and knelt on the ground, lifted up the woman's clothes with his left hand to expose her belly, and clasped the index finger of his right hand directly on the woman's navel. A pinch. The woman fell blind, suddenly woke up with a cold stomach, and cursed the gangster. Everyone laughed and dispersed.

If you want to travel further, it is recommended that you go in groups. Self-driving tours are best, and it is safer to travel together in two or three cars. I went there once this year during my child’s summer vacation, and the scenery in Gannan is still the best. It's beautiful. The best thing about it is that the scenery on the prairie is very beautiful. The smell of cow dung is all over the mountains and fields. It smells quite uncomfortable. But after running in the grassland for three days in a row, I got used to the smell, and I still smell it a little bit more in the future. Not used to it, haha
