Summer in Shenzhen is really a long story. Going out for a short time is already sweating, and sometimes even because the weather is too hot, I have no appetite. I often lose my appetite in summer. I will eat some cool and delicious food at these times, first of all, cold rice noodles, secondly, cool summer heat, and mung bean porridge.

First, cold rice noodles. Cold rice noodles are spread from Shaanxi, and the specific production process is very complicated, which is delicious and comfortable to eat. In hot summer, eating cold noodles will make you feel a lot relaxed and free. Cold noodles are delicious, cheap and full, which is a good choice.

Second, refreshing. Clearing and cooling is a way of eating in Hainan. When I was at school in Hainan, I ate a Qingbuliang almost every afternoon. There are two flavors, one is coconut milk and the other is smoothie. Smoothies are cooler, but coconut milk is richer. I usually eat coconut milk. Cool tea is mainly made by adding some fruits or beans to coconut milk and eating it in a small bowl. It is the most beautiful food in summer. However, since graduation, I haven't eaten authentic Qingbuliang. It's just sugar water at most. I miss it so much. I want to go back and eat again when I have the chance.

Third, mung bean soup. Mung bean soup is hot. In hot summer, people get angry easily and have little appetite to eat some hot food. Iced mung bean soup can be said to be my second favorite food in summer, second only to cool soup. Mung bean soup is healthy, nutritious and delicious. After simmering, put it in the refrigerator and eat a bowl out, not to mention how comfortable it is. However, mung bean soup is not so full, and students who lose weight can arrange it.

Besides the above, there are many foods that can be eaten in summer, such as watermelon, apples, grapes, and some snacks, such as ice cream, which I like very much. If it is standard, my first thought is popsicles and yogurt. Lying on the sofa eating snacks is simply a fairy life.
