The weather in Shangri-La in April

April is the off-season, and the housing is not tight. Generally, the price of an ordinary room should be between 80- 120, depending on the class you live in. The weather in Dali is moderate, Shangri-La will be colder and Xishuangbanna will be hotter. You should bring sunscreen, thick coat, sweater, thin coat, short sleeves and sunglasses.

The routes of Dali and Shangri-La are in the same direction, and Xishuangbanna is in the same direction. I suggest that your route is Dali-(by car) Shangri-La-(by plane) Xishuangbanna, Kunming and go to dali. Trains, cars and planes are available. There is only a car from Dali to Shangri-La. Shangri-La and Xishuangbanna are too far away. I suggest you fly. These places have their own characteristics, and how long they can stay can depend on their mood and specific conditions.

There are many scenic spots in Dali, but they all need tickets and are not cheap. Suggested scenic spots: take Cangshan cableway to Ximatan (this scenic spot is on Cangshan Mountain, opened in June last year, 1 1, which is a beautiful natural environment that is basically uninhabited and worth visiting), ride a bike around Er 'er, and stay in Haidong Small Hotel for one night, except for the three towers of Chongsheng Temple.

Shangri-La is a Tibetan area. April may not be the best season. If it is July and August, it will be beautiful, and there will be Gesang flowers on the grassland. April is still cold. It is recommended to bring a thick coat and sweater. Recommended attractions: Songzanlin Temple, Napahai Wetland, Pudacuo Park and Tiger Leaping Gorge. Shangri-La has some distinctive Tibetan dwellings that you can live in. There are butter tea and Tibetan food. Personally, I think Shangri-La is a natural area and has no influence on commercialization.

I didn't know about Xishuangbanna last time. I haven't been there, hehe! But Dai flavor is very famous in Yunnan, so don't miss it!
