Prohibited sections: Dongchang Road (Zhanqian Street-Lushan Road), Liuyuan Road (South Outer Ring Road-Caigan Road), Changrun Road (South Outer Ring Road-Li Shuang Road), Hunan Road (Lushan Road-Changrun Road), Zhanqian Street, Jianshe Road, Yu Wei Road (Balizhuang Road-Zhougong South Road) and Guangyue Road (Liaohe Road-Changrun)
