1. Please take the initiative to cooperate, prepare the health code in advance, and residents with "green code" will go to the sampling point for nucleic acid sampling according to the unified arrangement of each town. For people with mobility difficulties, the village will arrange sampling personnel to take samples at home.

2. Please prepare valid personal identification documents in advance and queue up in an orderly manner under the guidance of the staff and volunteers.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff to wear masks regularly during the whole process. When queuing, be sure to keep a distance of two meters. Don't talk or get together, and keep good order.

4. All employees of enterprises and shops in the city go to nearby sampling points for sampling by themselves, and those who can't provide all the nucleic acid sampling certificates will be suspended from business. Those who refuse to cooperate with nucleic acid detection, violate epidemic prevention and control measures, disturb order or conceal, falsely report or falsify information will be investigated for legal responsibility by public security organs according to law.

5. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours will not take part in the nucleic acid test. Please make up the test in time after 48 hours.

6. yellow code personnel should go to the special sampling point for "yellow code" personnel from 13: 3pm to 16: 3pm on April 29th to participate in the whole staff's nucleic acid detection. During the period of self-health monitoring, the personnel who are closely connected and sub-closely connected with "double sampling and double inspection" should go to the sampling points of their respective township health centers for sampling at 13:3-16:3 on April 29th. Home health monitoring personnel and centralized isolation personnel shall not participate in nucleic acid detection at centralized sampling points.
